Wildcats Survive a Scare Against Northern Arizona, Extend Winning Streak to 2
The Arizona Wildcats didn’t light up the scoreboard like they did in Week 1, but they did what mattered. In a gritty performance, Arizona overcame a tough Northern Arizona squad to secure a 22-10 victory, matching the school record with their ninth consecutive win.
Coach Brent Brennan called it “some good team football,” and while it wasn’t pretty, the Wildcats responded when it counted, outscoring the Lumberjacks 16-0 in the second half.
Quali Conley Sparks the Offense
Quali Conley was the difference-maker. The San Jose State transfer rushed for 112 yards, carrying the offense when the passing game wasn’t clicking. With 188 rushing yards total, Arizona proved they can adapt when needed. In the Big 12 grind, versatility is key, and Conley’s performance showed Arizona can win in different ways.

Defense Locks Down

Eyes on the Big 12 Prize
Arizona is now 2-0, tying the school record for consecutive wins. But they can’t afford another slow start with Big 12 play approaching. The Wildcats have shown they can win in multiple ways, and they’ll need to keep that momentum going as the season heats up.
